HXSJ series Gyratory  sieve, also known as GyraSift Machine,Gyratory screen,gyratory sifter , etc., is a high-standard fine screening machine developed by the domestic ROTEX vibrating screening technology.which meets all fine and ultra-fine range of powder and particulate materials, especially suitable for difficult materials.Our main research is the Gyratory sieve manufacturing process and commissioning inspection of Gyratory  sieve. The detailed steps refer to the following:

manufacture

   Gyratory vibrating sieve box

  • Cutting board blanking: The side plates, front and rear blocking plates, sliding plates, partitions, collecting hoppers, and discharge ports are all made of stainless steel, and the rest of the material is Q235-A.
  • Bending: side panels, front and rear blocking panels, slides, partitions, collecting hoppers, discharge ports, and guard plates are bent and formed.
  • Drilling: Drilling holes in the rear block.
  • Butt-welding: All parts are butt-welded as required by the drawing. Stainless steel is welded by DC welding machine and φ2mm stainless steel welding rod. Carbon steel is welded by an AC welder and φ4mmHJ422 electrode.
  • Inspection: After docking, check whether the length, width and diagonal of the screen box meet the requirements of the drawings. Check the appearance of the weld after welding, and prevent defects such as air holes, slag inclusions and cracks.
  • Pickling: pickling the butt welds of the screen.
  • Hangers, chassis
  • Cutting: channel steel, square tube sawing machine cutting, steel plate cutting material.
  • Bend: The steel plate is bent.
  • Drilling: drilling of components.
  • Butt joint welding: using AC welding machine, φ4mmHJ422 welding rod for butt welding.
  • Inspection: Check the appearance of the weld after the butt welding, and prevent defects such as blowholes, slag inclusions and cracks.

  Gyratory vibrating sieve cover

  • Blanking: carbon steel angle iron sawing machine cutting, stainless steel plate cutting material.
  • Bend: The screen cover and the feed opening are bent.
  • Roll round: round and rivet welding of the observation port and the suction port.
  • Drilling: The reinforcing plate and the screen cover are riveted with diamonds, the two flanges are equipped with drills, and the burrs are deburred before riveting.
  • Butt joint welding: using argon arc welding, the welding wire is 5 mm ~ 1.8mm.
  • Inspection: Check the appearance of the weld to prevent defects such as blowholes, slag inclusions and cracks.
  • Pickling: pickling the butt weld of the screen cover.
  • Screen frame
  • Blanking: stainless steel trim.
  • Punching: Punching deburring.
  • Bend: Bending.
  • Butt joint welding: using argon arc welding, the welding wire is 5 mm ~ 1.8mm.
  • Inspection: Check whether the length, width and diagonal of the screen frame meet the drawing requirements after docking, check the appearance of the weld, and prevent defects such as blowholes, slag inclusions and cracks.
  • Pickling: pickling the butt welds of the screen frame.

Assembly

  Gyratory vibrating sieve frame

  • Secure the net to the screen frame with stainless steel bolts.
  • Place 3 cleaning balls in each of the screen frames.
  • The rivet is riveted after the screen is matched with the screen frame.

  Gyratory vibrating sieve hanger

  1. Front hanger: Two legs and one double beam bolt connection. The bolts are galvanized bolts. When assembling, the double beam has a hole spacing of 1969mm and is assembled on the column surface.
  2. rear hanger: two legs and a single beam bolt connection. The bolts are galvanized bolts.
  3. Spreader I: assembled by M24*170, M24 basket bolts, shackles, eye bolts and loops. Secure the M24*170 bolt to the 2036mm hole above the front cradle and tighten the nut.
  4. Spreader II: assembled by M24*170, M30 eyebolt, M24 basket bolt, shackle and φ12 wire rope. Secure the M24*170 bolt to the hole size of 1969 mm above the front hanger and tighten the nut.
  5. Spreader III: assembled by M24*170, M30 basket bolt, shackle, M30 eye bolt and φ16 wire rope. Secure the M24*170 bolt to the mounting position above the rear hanger and tighten the nut.

  Gyratory vibrating sieve chassis

  1. Assemble the drive unit to the base frame with galvanized bolts.
  2. First assemble the motor to the slide, then mount the motor assembly on the bottom frame, install the V-belt, tension the V-belt with the tension bolt, and tighten the slide bolt.
  3. Install the belt guard to the drive unit.

  Gyratory vibrating sieve box

  1. Put the lower sieve frame into the sieve box first, put the support plate on the sieve frame on both sides of the sieve box, and then put the upper sieve frame on the support plate, and tighten the sieve frame with the top bolt, the gap of the end face China and Canada seals.
  2. The screen cover is assembled to the screen box and tightened with a lock.

  Final

  1. The screen box is assembled on the bottom frame, the positioning sleeve of the screen box is placed on the centering shaft of the driving device, and the tightening sleeve is pressed with the bolt, and the lubricating joint and the dust cover are pressed by the bolt on the positioning sleeve.
  2. Raise the undercarriage to the height of the drawing, connect the lower eyebolt of the four-point spreader to the bottom frame, and then connect the other set of spreaders to the screen box.
  3. The electric grease pump is fixed at the right end of the rear hanger. The two ends of the oil pipe are respectively connected to the oil hole of the grease pump and the driving device to ensure that the oil pipe joint has no leakage.

commissioning inspection

  • first check if the current meets the motor requirements when starting up;
  • After eight hours of operation, check the equipment for any abnormalities; check the looseness of the connecting bolts of each component and tighten the loose bolts.
