The CSB series ultrasonic vibrating sieve is 220 v, 50 hz or 110 v, 60 hz into 18 KHZ high frequency electric energy of power, input ultrasonic transducer, turning it into 18 KHZ mechanical vibration, so as to achieve the aim of efficient screening and network, makes the ultra micro powder screening for easy. This system introduces a low amplitude and high frequency ultrasonic vibration wave (mechanical wave) on the sieve net based on traditional vibrating screen to improve the screening performance of ultrafine powder. It is especially suitable for users with high added value fine powder.

Working principle
The function principle of ultrasonic vibrating sieve is adding an ultrasonic energy transform device on the screen surface of 3-D vibro separator and filter. This device can make the screen surface superpose ultrahigh frequency vibrational energy, so that it can keep clear of the mesh and achieve the ideal screen situation. Ultrasonic vibrating screen is usually used in screening superfine powder which the ordinary vibrating screen can not solved.
