With its unique working principle, airflow mill can process the super fine powder of all kinds of materials with high purity and low temperature. The grinding process has no temperature rise, no pollution and little wear. It is especially suitable for ultra-pure superfine crushing of heat sensitive, low melting point and high purity material. The use of inert gas for flammable and explosive materials can be used as the working material to realize the closed-circuit circulation.

Working Principle

airflow mill,with cyclone separator ,pulse dust collector and  draft  fan ,consists of crushing . Compressed air after being dried is injected into crushing chamber quickly by the injection of valves. At connection points of many high-pressure air currents, feed materials are collided, rubbed and sheared repeatedly to powders. The crushed materials go into classifying chamber with uprising air flow, under the condition of lashing forces of draft  fan. Under strong centrifugal forces of high-speed rotating turbo wheels, coarse and fine materials are separated. Fine materials in line with size requirements go into cyclone separator and dusting filter through classifying wheels, while coarse materials fall down to crushing chamber to be crushed continuously
